She walks down the crowded city streets
Tired, broken, sad
With cement beneath her feet

She weeps amongst the crowd

The world around her is so, so loud
And her spirit is very dead

Only her footsteps and a random man's voice
"Come closer", he whispers from a distance, yet she can somehow still hear
She starts to run towards him and the rain recedes
He was of average height, with spats upon his shoes
Polkadotted dress pants and a coat of webbing, too
His nose was painted pink, his eyes a veiny black
His lips were white as snow and on his head he wore a hat
